Package: bip
Version: 0.5.3-3
Severity: normal

        /usr/sbin/update-rc.d bip defaults

There's thress problems with this:

* update-rc.d is guaranteed to be in path when dpkg is run
* update-rc.d is verbose by default and should be /dev/nulled in a
  postint
* there's dh_installinit generated code right after this that also
  runs invoke-rc.d (properly) !
