Installing new version of config file /etc/texmf/fmt.d/10texlive-base-bin.cnf ... Preserving removal of /etc/texmf/xdvi/xdvi.cfg. Running mktexlsr. This may take some time... done. Building format(s) --all . This may take some time... done. But I DIDN'T remove it, it was there at /etc/texmf/texlive/xdvi.cfg!!!!
