Package: auto-apt
Version: 0.3.21
Severity: normal

Auto-apt fails to find the package for a directory.
configure for some source checks for mysql.h by
trying to compile a source that #include <mysql.h>
whith "gcc -I/usr/include/mysql ...". The directory
is not found by auto-apt and gcc doesn't bother to
check for files in directories that don't exist.
So apt-get fails to install libmysqlclient15-dev.
