I try to print the following (w3c validator clean) web page: http://www.inform-fiction.org/manual/html/s2.html When printing with kprinter and CUPS (to PDF), I get extra space after what I would call "typographic quotation marks" (those little ones looking like a small "66", see attached image). (I heard there is a different standard in Europe than in the US which of those are the opening and which are the closing marks.
