Actually, I think that the role-keys keyring should be removed from the debian-keyring package, or at least the archive signing keys removed from it. The canonical location for archive keys is now debian-achive-keyring, and role-keys seems to no longer be used for any other role-based keyrings.
I'll clone this bug to debian-archive-keyring to see if the volatile key should be added there. -- see shy jo
