Well, since the problem is actually in the pciutils packaging somewhere and not in the efibootmgr package, and it looks to me like efibootmgr is built for all relevant architectures for etch, I don't think a change is needed in the efibootmgr package right now. Instead, I'll reassign this to pciutils-dev to ensure the problem there gets fixed eventually, if it hasn't been already?
