Package: compiz Version: 0.2.2 When enabling compiz via the compiz --replace command, as soon as the screensaver starts in its default configuration, you cannot see the actual image of the screensaver but a blank screen.
Most important, as soon as you try to move the mouse, so that the unlock dialog appears, you cannot see that it does anything (doesn't refresh). Unlocking the session is rather hard, you have to start typing you password with no feedback, and because the window looses focus as you click, it never seems to work. What i do is spin the cube (strange that it works when the session is locked?) and on the spinned faces i can see the refreshed window dialog but i can't type. I had to cold-reset my machine the first time and now I disabled the lock screen option in the screensaver. I'm using Debian etch with pretty much default stuff and updated. Screensaver is gnome-screensaver 2.14.3-3. Compiz is 0.2.2-1. My video card is Intel 950G and i use the i810 driver. Other things work fine with compiz. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
