After partially finishing a stage (that is, it isn't perfectly cleared),
the game will segfault when returning to that stage if you haven't used
a save slot. This is because completed objectives are stored in
persistant?.dat files, not in memory.

Therefore, I propose to force saving the game by removing the related
widgets. The attachment contains the proposed changes.
