Package: enlightenment Version: 1:0.16.7.2-5 Severity: important
Many of Enlightenment's application menus are of little practical use. Selecting the menu results in a menu too big for the screen--even on a large/hi-res display--and scroll off. (In previous versions this caused wm to abort/lock on occasion.) This has occurred on every i386 machine I've installed Debian on. This was never a problem on Slackware. As I haven't downloaded and compiled Enlightenment recently, I can't say it isn't the original source distro. Thanks for the good work! :w ZZ -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-486 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages enlightenment depends on: ii enlightenment-data 1:0.16.7.2-5 Enlightenment Window Manager Run T ii libaudiofile0 0.2.6-6 Open-source version of SGI's audio ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-13 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libesd0 0.2.36-3 Enlightened Sound Daemon - Shared ii libice6 1:1.0.1-2 X11 Inter-Client Exchange library ii libimlib2 1.3.0.0debian1-4 powerful image loading and renderi ii libsm6 1:1.0.1-3 X11 Session Management library ii libx11-6 2:1.0.3-6 X11 client-side library ii libxext6 1:1.0.1-2 X11 miscellaneous extension librar ii libxinerama1 1:1.0.1-4.1 X11 Xinerama extension library ii libxxf86vm1 1:1.0.1-2 X11 XFree86 video mode extension l Versions of packages enlightenment recommends: ii esound 0.2.36-3 Enlightened Sound Daemon - Support ii menu 2.1.33 generates programs menu for all me -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
