I have dual boot system with sylpheed on Debian and sylpheed on
Windows sharing the same Mail folder on fat partition
(~/Mail on Debian symlink to this folder).
I can receive and read mail on both systems (as well as browsing
folders) but filters are working only on windows.
I created from scratch all filters on debian but it does not work
(Neither as automatic or manual).
Filters are very simple:

<match-to-or-cc
type="contains">[EMAIL PROTECTED]</match-to-or-cc>
</condition-list>

<move>#mh/Mail/inbox/name</move>

When I select tools->filter all messages in folder sylpheed shows in
statusbar something like "processing message x of XXX" but none
message is moved.
