I suppose it could probably be bumped down, but it does, to some extent, have a major effect on usability (it bit me when watching the output of 'w' and wondering why the hell someone wasn't in the office yet, thinking they had been idle for 16 hours, not 16 minutes...) It's also a regression, which seems higher than "wishlist" to me. Feel free to reassign as you see fit -- I suppose it does not undermin the usability of the entire package, and thus normal/minor might be more appropriate -- but it's a bug on a regression, not a feature request, so "wishlist" seems a bit too low.
