The dbiproxy man page contains the typo "usefull" in four places:

/usr/share/man/man1/dbiproxy.1p.gz:directory by doing a \fIchroot()\fR. This is 
usefull for security, but it
/usr/share/man/man1/dbiproxy.1p.gz:This is usefull, if you want your server to 
bind to a privileged port
/usr/share/man/man1/dbiproxy.1p.gz:This operation mode is usefull if you have 
neither threads nor \fIfork()\fR,
/usr/share/man/man1/dbiproxy.1p.gz:This is usefull, if you want your server to 
bind to a privileged port
