If there are no official php5 packages, I can't test my package with it.  
I don't know how the php5 packages will look like, so I don't even know 
how to phrase the dependencies.

I realize that this is sort of the easy way out for me, but it's also 
the safe way.  Feel free to discuss this issue on debian-devel.  Maybe 
other people have other opinions.
