It was a fresh install and the conf file is the one provided in the package. Also after reconfiguring the package I got: $ dpkg-reconfigure onak The user `onak' already exists as a system user. Exiting. I purged the package and installed it again, I got the very same thing. Another thing is that it doesn't remove system user onak after I've purged the package.
