Hi Tuomo, Please don't overreact with such horrible licencing change. It is possible to have development version removed from stable/testing, while it is still available in unstable for powerusers and bleeding edge fanciers.
See http://bugs.debian.org/305065 for an example of handling such requests in a constructive manner. -- "rm -rf" only sounds scary if you don't have backups
