Bug#413635: package description amendment

The package description says 'There are vncserver available for X and for
Win95/NT.'
'Win95/NT' are long superceded versions of Windows. Mentioning them makes
this package description look naive. I think it would be better to use
'Windows' or 'Microsoft Windows'.
