Eh? No, it doesn't.
I had mono-utils from sid. You did change the dependency on mono-utils
in experimental, that's fine. But you *still* can install experimentals
mono with *SID*s mono-utils which bails out. Adding a stricter
dependency to the mono-utils package doesn't help in exactly this case
(although it might help in some other cases). You don't prevent
an old (sid) mono-utils being installed with experimentals mono.
