/etc/init.d/nut restart sometimes don't work with mge-shut. Here console
log, pay attension to timestamp in command promt:

This bug arised because of mge-shut sometimes get too long time to shutdown 
itself 
(in example 14 seconds). May be this bug arised with other drivers too.
