Indeed, there are conflicts:
        /usr/bin/webdiff
        /usr/share/man/man1/webdiff.1.gz

Also, it seems that they are doing the same, just that websec's webdiff is
simpler (less/other features). ;-)

What are my options?
Seems that I (because I'm also upstream) need to choose another name
for that piece of software.
Only giving the binary and thus manpage another name, is not 
satisfactory. Let's see.
(For example I could add FTP support and call it "netdiff";
packages.debian.org doesn't seem to find potentially conflicting files.)

BTW, if I rename (the software -> package -> binary...), do I need
to file a new ITP bug?
