Package: coreutils Version: 5.97-5.3 Severity: normal The list of acceptable colorizable (not-a-word) terminals in dircolors.h is very limited. It does not recognize xterm-256color which is a termcap available in ncurses-term. Why can't dircolors test tput colors for something greater than 8?
