The kolab cyrus package is the Debian cyrus package with additional
patches for kolab. The /usr/sbin/cyrus-makedirs is s script from the
cyrus-imapd package so I will reassign your request to
cyrus-imapd-2.2-common. This will fix it in the unchanged cyrus package
and then in the kolab package.
