Well, this is not a BSD license!
The quoted license is word for word identical to the Expat license[2]
(also known as "MIT license", which however is an ambiguous name...).

I hence suggest that you change the license description as follows:

s/is licensed under BSD license/is licensed under the Expat license/

and completely omit the reference to /usr/share/common-licenses/BSD,
which is actually an unrelated license...
