Yes, it still happens, sometines, if I select whit text and black
background, the background of some
elements remains white , and the text is changed to white (this
happens in some checkboxes).
Konqueror has lot of color issues IF you try to use white text in
black background.

the bug you've reported is more than one year old and newer version of
this package is available.
Can you still reproduce this bug? If yes please give us a short note
with the version number you've tested. If not, this bug will be closed
