Package: gstreamer0.8-alsa Version: 0.8.8-2 Severity: important After switching to the new version, I noticed the mixer applet wasn't working. Then, I click their properties and the list of devices is not shown.
Then invoked manually gstreamer-properties and there is no ALSA option in the list of sinks, just 'Custom'. The same thing happens with gstreamer0.8-x so I'm not sure if this is the correct package the bug should filed against. Maybe the solution is a fresh gnome-media built against the last gstreamer0.8 libraries but the version in unstable is the same in testing.
