Package: reportbug
Version: 3.8
Severity: important

On the network I am currently using I need a HTTP proxy configured. If I
don't do that, then reportbug silently ends without an error message:

Warning: no reportbug configuration found. Proceeding in novice mode.

It really should tell me that it couldn't talk to the HTTP server...
