Package: spamass-milter

the package of spamass-milter cannot be removed with apt-get (or dpkg) from the 
system
if spamass-milter is not running. Th eremove scripts appearntly try to stop the
program from running first, end if this fails (it was  not running to begin 
with!)
the remove process aborts.
