Sorry. I was using the wrong version

use in /etc/apache2/conf.d/lxr
ScriptAlias /lxr /usr/lib/cgi-bin/lxr

It seems that newer version of apache2 works only with
ScriptAlias.

Yea, I found that too, late last night.  :)

Now I'm back to the problems with mysql syntax:
