Hello,

Thanks for including my patch, but as you may have noticed, if you
change the signatures path to a different directory, you won't be able
to check for updates until you restart klamav; and the auto update GUI
elements aren't disabled whether the path is /var/lib/clamav or not
(it should be disabled if it is). So, what I would call a right
behaviour would be:
* Use /var/lib/clamav by default
* Check whether the user has write access to it (e.g. root; there's
always somebody who uses GUI for that kind of things), based on that
check the GUI elements (all) should be disabled or not.
* Use the signals and slots to enable the GUI elements if the path is
changed from /var/lib/clamav to something else.

Hopefully the klamav package with my patch is only at experimental
because personally I consider it a small and incomplete workaround.

Sincerely,
