Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: normal

Please update override file for openhpi package. Problem currently
listed at:

  http://packages.qa.debian.org/o/openhpi.html

When 2.6.2-3 was uploaded, I responded to the override e-mail, but nothing
was done, or it got lost, or maybe I screwed up somehow. Anyway, the
openhpi metapackage (openhpi_2.6.2-3_all) needs to be extra because it
depends on a package which is extra.

Override e-mail is enclosed below for reference.

Thanks,
Bryan

Please change the override file for the binary package "openhpi" to
extra, consistent with the 2.6.2-3 upload below. Briefly, the openhpi
metapackage depends on openhpi-plugin-sysfs which is extra, so it must
be extra as well. This was a bug in 2.6.2-2, the previous version.

A number of other binary packages are built from the openhpi source
package. These should be extra:

  openhpi
  openhpi-plugin-sysfs

These should remain in "optional":

  libopenhpi-dev
  libopenhpi2
  openhpi-clients
  openhpi-plugin-ipmi
  openhpi-plugin-ipmidirect
  openhpi-plugin-snmp-bc
  openhpid

Thanks much,
Bryan Sutula
