There is no requirement to list the LGPL in debian/copyright; it's valid for
the package maintainer to distribute the whole work under the GPL, even if
part was received under the LGPL.

It is also not common practice to list all individual copyright holders in
debian/copyright.  I believe the copyright statements in individual source
files satisfy the LGPL's requirements, so there's no license violation by
not doing so.
