Package: w3m-el Version: 1.4.4-3 Followup-For: Bug #333607 Hi! I have attached a patch that removes some of the recommends and downgraded them to Suggets. wv, ppthtml, and xlhtml have been removed because I think that it's up to the user what viewer he or she wants to use. I also added a build-depends-indep on emacsen so I can build it as long as my emacs provides emacsen.
Cheers. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers feisty APT policy: (500, 'feisty') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.20-8-generic Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages w3m-el depends on: ii apel 10.6+0.20060424-1 portable library for emacsen ii emacs-snapshot-gtk [em 1:20070214-1 The GNU Emacs editor (with GTK+ 2. ii w3m 0.5.1-5.1ubuntu1 WWW browsable pager with excellent Versions of packages w3m-el recommends: ii apel 10.6+0.20060424-1 portable library for emacsen -- no debconf information *** /home/jmalonzo/w3m-el.333607.patch --- debian/control 2007-02-24 16:54:20.000000000 +1100 +++ debian/control.new 2007-02-24 16:54:52.000000000 +1100 @@ -3,14 +3,14 @@ Priority: optional Maintainer: Fumitoshi UKAI <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 3.0.0) -Build-Depends-Indep: emacs21 +Build-Depends-Indep: emacs21 | emacsen Standards-Version: 3.5.7 Package: w3m-el Architecture: all Depends: emacs21 | emacs-snapshot | apel (>= 10.5), w3m (>= 0.3) | w3m-ssl (>= 0.3) | w3mmee (>= 0.3) -Recommends: apel (>= 10.5), flim, mule-ucs, imagemagick, wv, xlhtml, ppthtml -Suggests: bitmap-mule +Recommends: apel (>= 10.5) +Suggests: flim, mule-ucs, imagemagick Conflicts: mew (<< 2.0), flim (<< 1.14.3), apel (<< 10.5) Enhances: wl, wl-beta, mew Description: a simple Emacs interface of w3m -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
