Greetings, Fortran 90 is not a supported feature in Debian at all right now (except experimental), let alone in mpich; the package building scripts don't support it at all. This is therefore a requested new feature (wishlist) available only in experimental. Since I don't maintain experimental packages for mpich, this will not be closed until g95 enters unstable, which is to say, after the sarge release.
