It's called /usr/bin/wine. Fine -- for those not in the know, it would be useful to be told that /usr/bin/wine is referred to as "the winelauncher wrapper". I had no idea, and a search of debian packages doesn't find a file by that name, so you'd need to have some familiarity with the wine project to know.
