Ah, thanks.  I do remember reading that, now that you mention it.

Unfortunately, it's only happened the once.  I suspect it had something
to do with the screensaver, but it might have been :hardcopy.  I'll
clone to gvim (since the original isn't my bug), and see if the vim
maintainers have any insights, and I'll try to reproduce the bug.
