Package: qemu Version: 0.8.2-4 Severity: normal I am using qemu on host Debian testing to install Debian stable as quest, from 3.1r4 net install cd.
In the part after partitioning, when it installs from cd basic stuff - it runs incredibly slow (30% done after 3 hours on amd 1.5 GHz with no other load). Yet it uses only 3% cpu and no I/O. So it seems like if qemu is sleeping for unknown reason. Or perhaps this is some strange problem in debian installer?
