Dear pdfinfo authors: If
Encrypted:      yes (print:no copy:no change:no addNotes:no)
then why can one still read the file?

And instead of saying "no", say allowed or not allowed, as we can't tell
if you mean "no, that item is not encrypted" or "no, you can't print".

And add commas between them.

And there must be a missing "yes" item, or else how can we see part (or
all?) of the file?

Also say if it is user encrypted or owner encrypted or whatever.

if so the messages should be a little different.

Or the pdftotext man page say what it ignores.
