Can you confir the patch provided by Laurent at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=394590 is the right fix? Do newer mrd6 versions take care of this? Is it safe to upgrade to this patch? The Debian maintainer of mrd6 is not active anymore, so we need some guidance, and probably an adopter for mrd6 in Debian!
