Package: mlmmj Version: 1.2.11-7.1 Severity: important Tags: patch Disclaimer: I've never used mlmmj and I only noticed the problem while translating your debconf template, so please close/downgrade if appropriate!
In the template you write: <listdir>/subcribers.d and <listdir>/nomailsubs.d. The mlmmj-upgrade-lists ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Notice that this looks like a spelling error (subcriber instead of subscriber, notice the extra "s"). I downloaded your source, and indeed, in "mlmmj-upgrade-lists.pl" you also have the variant without "s". But, running grep on your entire source, I see that only files within debian/ have this spelling, while numerous files outside, e.g. src/subscriberfuncs.c and src/mlmmj-list.c have the version with(!) "s". By my brief view this appears as if the upgrade script is broken. But I am not sure if the update script is needed after all: remaxp:/# env LANG=C apt-cache policy mlmmj mlmmj: Installed: (none) Candidate: 1.2.11-7.1 Version table: 1.2.11-7.1 0 500 http://127.0.0.1 sid/main Packages 1.2.4-1 0 500 http://127.0.0.1 sarge/main Packages If the update script is broken, this is probably rc. The fix is simple: grep for all occurences of "subcribers.d" and insert the "s". Please also remove the "fuzzy" mark in the debian/po/*.po files before your next upload. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.19.2-grsec-cz01 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) -- Dr. Helge Kreutzmann [EMAIL PROTECTED] Dipl.-Phys. http://www.helgefjell.de/debian.php 64bit GNU powered gpg signed mail preferred Help keep free software "libre": http://www.ffii.de/
