Package: iceweasel Version: 2.0.0.1+dfsg-3 Severity: minor Just upgraded to the new Iceweasel and after the restart of it, all my settings, bookmarks and stuff were gone. After quick digging I noticed, that Iceweasel now expects all the settings in ~/.mozilla/iceweasel/ and not in ~/.mozilla/firefox/ how it was before. The fix for the user is easy, just remove the almost empty ~/.mozilla/iceweasel/ and rename ~/.mozilla/firefox/ to ~/.mozilla/iceweasel/.
IMHO this should be loadly announced in the NEWS file, so users who are upgrading don't cry about their profiles.
