The proper directory layout (and needed mkisofs option) are detailed at this URL: http://penguinppc.org/ppc64/power-bootable-iso/ I was able to make a bootable CD using Debian's kernel/initrd/yaboot by following those instructions detailed in the URL above. Partition Hard drives: After selecting the partition type of "PReP boot" in the partitioner, it gave a weird message box ("???? ????"), and wouldn't start back up. I had to do the partitioning by hand in order to get this to work.
