"Do you need MySQL connections from hosts running Debian Sarge". This wording is okay in the readline and dialog frontends, where you are presented Yes/No choices. However, in the graphical frontends, yes/no is represented by a checkbox. Therefore, the question should be reworded: "Allow MySQL connections from hosts running Debian Sarge?" This way, it works in both types of frontends.
