I have decided this bug will not be fixed. It is too minor an issue to warrant an upload (and a freeze exception) for etch. Even more so because the next upstream version does away with starting -acpid from the X session. In case someone is affected by this bug, it can be worked around by replacing /etc/X11/Xsession.d/91keytouch-acpid_launch with the following file: ----snip---- # $Id: 91keytouch-acpid_launch if [ !
