Hi Michael,
I diagnosed the seg fault, but it is not an easy fix.
There are some race conditions in the threads.
Since this bug can only happen after hitting CTRL-C
it is not a high priority, but it is a bug.
Regarding text/html, at least the ones that have a
"Location:" header still need to be processed. But I will
add this as an RFE and try to get to it sometime.
