Package: uswsusp
Version: 0.6~cvs20070202-1
Severity: normal

The changelog says, that the initscript has been obsoleted.
Yet, as it is a conffile it is not automatically removed on upgrades
(together with it's symlink in /etc/rcS.d/).
You should remove the symlinks in preinst and check if the initscript
has been locally modified (comparing the md5sum with the ones in
/var/lib/dpkg/status). If it was not modified, remove it, otherwise mv
it to *.dpkg-bak.

Cheers,
Michael
