Thanks for the bug report. 

Which distribution do you use: testing or unstable?  I'd be surprised if
there had been 'unannounced' changes in these lately.

That is entirely possibly, but on the other hand, we build all our packages
in automated environments from minimal installations.  See

so tetex-bin and ps2eps are being installed.  I think I would know if Debian
unstable changed that recently.  Are you sure you are on unstable?  Our
build-depends are not guaranteed to work on stable etc -- you may need to
make small adjustments there. 

Please let me know if I misunderstand something here.
