None of those are a justification for a severity downgrade.
But there was no justification for the severity *upgrade* in the first
place.
Actually, there was one, namely "in the package maintainer's opinion,
makes the package unsuitable for release."
This is not a proper justification for downgrading the bug, so I'm
upgrading back.
