Evolution shows message threading in a quite confusing way.
Messages without a thread and messages with a thread are indented differently,
so that the visual result isn't clear.
Now you can see something like the following in the subject column:
Subjet 1
> subject 2
Re: subject 2
The "information" that such a presentation trasmit is that the message with
subject "subject 2" is part of the thread of subject 1.
I think the correct way to show threading would be the following:
