openafs 1.4.2-4 (and -5) fail to build on Ubuntu feisty; Sam Hartman asked
me to file a bug here. One problem is that linux/config.h was removed in
kernel 2.6.19 (bug #409797):
openafs/include/afs/param.h:36:26: error: linux/config.h: No such file or
directory
and even after fixing that, there are more problems:
openafs/src/libafs/MODLOAD-2.6.20-2-generic-MP/rx_kmutex.c: In function
afs_cv_wait:
openafs/src/libafs/MODLOAD-2.6.20-2-generic-MP/rx_kmutex.c:122: error:

implicit declaration of function refrigerator
