I too seem to be having trouble subscribing to bugs, though I have been able to do so in the past. I receive no confirmation message. Here's my most recent attempt: 2007-02-05 17:28:49 1HEF85-0003IS-TL => [EMAIL PROTECTED] R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp H=bugs.debian.org [140.211.166.43] 2007-02-05 17:28:49 1HEF85-0003IS-TL Completed Our mailserver's apparent IP address sometimes shows up on some blacklists, but the log seems to show the connection was accepted.
I previously tried to subscribe to the same bug on Jan 23 (the Date: header is Tue, 23 Jan 2007 11:06:19 -0800 ). There have been messages to 403136 after that date, and I didn't get them. My initial subscription message had an empty body. Bug #373128 seems to imply that spamassassin might not like such a message, though on http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer#subscribe it says "The subject and body of the email are ignored by the BTS." If that's not so, and the check happens after message SMTP acceptance, it might be part of the problem. I am also attempting to subscribe to this bug with this message. -- Ross Boylan wk: (415) 514-8146 185 Berry St #5700 [EMAIL PROTECTED] Dept of Epidemiology and Biostatistics fax: (415) 514-8150 University of California, San Francisco San Francisco, CA 94107-1739 hm: (415) 550-1062 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
