Though I admit it is a bug, and admit it is a policy violation, I am loathe to trigger rebuilds and archive updates on a dozen architectures that will have zero effect since the dependencies are missing only on the architecture independent documentation package, which I already build on my own machine. Of course anybody can NMU if they wish. I am going to fix this on the next upload of a new upstream version or fixing a user-visible bug.
